I don't think plucking is a good idea. I know you said you don't want to dye your beard, but how about just putting some dye on just the gray hairs and not your whole beard.

You can pluck the gray hairs from your beard, but they WILL come back. And that thing about two growing back in the place of one; that's an old wives tale. One gray hair will grow back in place of the plucked one.

I've heard if you pluck a gray hair 2 will grow back in it's place. So I'd leave it alone.

Nah, go ahead and pluck.
That's going to get tiring though, isn't it? Gray hair is a part of life. Get over it and leave your grays alone.

If it is just a few, sure, but why the problem with the dye? That would be a better answer. You don't want your beard to thin out.

Sure it's okay if you want them to grow back 2 at a time because that's what gray's do.

Go ahead and pluck, they won't grow back three times more like people think.
