Many women with unwanted hair seek methods of hair removal to control the appearance of hirsutism. But the actual causes should be evaluated by physicians, who can with a few blood tests pinpoint the specific origin of the abnormal hair growth and advise on the best course of treatment.
If your partner accepts you for who you are and is sincere, then I would accept his love.

Natalie, I'm sure a lot the answers were from people who are ignorant of hirsutism. I included the link below in the hopes that some of them would read it.
I'm sure that it makes you very nervous to think of undressing in front of someone for the first time. It could be a quite a surprise to an unsuspecting lover. All I can suggest is to avoid surprising him. When the relationship gets to the point where you think about making love, tell him about the body hair and see how he reacts. If he reacts well, ask him if to take a peek. You can just lift your shirt briefly and let him have a quick look. He might be a bit surprised. That's normal. Ask him how he feels. You'll know if you want to move forward.
P.S. I bet you know this already, but Hirsutism can be a sign of health problems. On the off-chance that you didn't know that, please read the article linked below, and get yourself checked out.

I have no idea what hirsutism is, but if you try a sexual relationship you most likely will forget this dilemma. Sex is a great mind maker upper.

If you fear rejection, do not surprise your prospective partner with it. Tell them about it and how sensitive you are about it. If they are willing to continue with the relationship great, however if they are not willing, well you don't need their "friendship"and they don't deserve to enjoy a sexual relationship with you.
Good Luck

laser treatments or really just try to find a guy that loves you the way you are. I have known a few women with the same issue you can either fight it and keep up constant maintenance or you can live with it and dump any loser who cannot accept you for you.

Try dating a barber or someone good with a razor and shaving cream. You might actually have some fun with this if ya know what I mean.
