I don't have a percentage for the saline. Should I answer this with not enough information?

Assuming you mean a blood replacement, rather than for mixing with stored blood, saline infused into humans is isotonic with blood. The standard percentage solution is 0.9%.

0.9% means 0.9 g per 100 ml

Therefore for 3 l you need 0.9 x 30 = 27 g of NaCl

3 liters of blood contains 1650 ml of serum. . Rough estimation is , it contains 1600 ml of saline. Saline is 9 gms per liter . so the salt NaCl in 1600 of saline is 15.4gms.

Im not sure if I got your question right, i dont know what u mean with bloodbank saline but a liter of NS has ,9 of NACL.
