Jesus did not create the sicknesses you mentioned. The sin and evil of men created those things. The only way to get rid of them is for men to turn back to Jesus and live their lives in Him.

Well, Jesus did create the world, but he also gave man freewill, called the freedom to choose. Man chose to sin by listening to Satan the serpent in the garden of eden, see Genesis Chapter 3. From the time that man chose sin, the things Jesus Created, sex, nude pictures, the worship of God, can be perverted and used to harm others, kiddie porn, rape, pedophilia. Man created those out of Christ's original creation.

You are not comprehending the verse the way I suppose it was meant to be read.
I believe it means what is says, Jesus did create the world and everything in it. Not today but 6,000 years ago. He created it perfect.
Since then the world has been corrupted with sin, Jesus didn't create the sin, he created the people who did the sin.
That's my take.

Jesus (aka, Angel of the Lord, Jehovah Elohim) created man with a free will, through Adam we have been imputed a sin nature.
So its' through man and our sick minds that have brought all these terrible things into being. And Jesus Christ knew that some people would develop such things, and probably saying, "What sick lil' fu@kers these humans are!"

Ok Mr. Bible scholar. Who is prince of this world and have you ever read the Bible to gain even a cursory knowledge of what it's about?
Jesus didn't create it how it IS, he created it how it was back then. As a matter of fact (I doubt if you'll be able to understand this, but I'll try anyway) there's a verse in the Bible that says that God loved (please note the past tense) the world the way He created it so much that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
God liked the way he created it, not the way it is now.
Don't blame God if you and people like you screwed it up so badly that it doesn't even resemble what God intended.
