To be brief,a shallow superficial man might be bothered, but a genuine person who likes a woman for who she is would not be bothered.
He may wonder why she had the big false implants, if it was to get male attention then that is another issue.
But if he is bothered, the girl is better of without him

If a girl with large sillicone breasts was willing to sleep wit h me I would be very suprised and probably walk out on her in shock of being chosen.

I think most guys have a false idea of what big breasts are to begin with, being trained by pornos and Hollywood. Also, any girl who would get breast implants would need to be pretty whorish and conceded anyways, so a guy could probably tell if she was the type.

i have a friend she has silicone boobs. they look amaizing. she let me touch them - they seem to be normal for touch. so i really don't know why a guy should be bothered whether they re silicone or not? anyway silicone boobs are much better than those small pieces of skin which some of those call breasts hanging down after a woman gave birth to a child and didn't exercise after

No i would hope I was sleeping with a girl for something more than just her breasts. If the guy gets upset over something as superficial as your breasts you should leave him.

It wouldn't bother me because by that stage I would have got to know her as a person and that is far more important to me. If she has had a boob job to boost her self confidence or whatever then more power to her

False advertising are girls who pad their bras with everything but the kitchen sink....and when you get their tops off, there nothing there.
At least with fake ones, there still something to grab. hahaha
