I would, but I'm very biased. I HATE people touching my personal property. I'd be very very angry if I were you. Just the fact that you're asking this question means that you ARE angry, but you don't want to look like an idiot if you say something. Don't worry, I agree 100%, tell them what's up, politely if possible.
Jokes in the office are fine, but what happens in the office should stay in the office.

Yes I would be very upset.
Practical jokes can be fun but there has to be a line between a joke and vandalism!
By using bog roll to decorate your property they have also involved your neighbours who will also have to look at the damage and they may not see the funny side, which could mount to hostility and at the end of the day you have to live next door, not your friends!!
I am all up for a joke etc but I would find that in very poor taste.

Heck no, I'm going on 35 and we still have fun rolling yards around Halloween. As long as it's harmless toilet paper, then that's ok. But when you start egging the yard and other malicious stuff, then that is where I draw the line.

I toilet papered my first house when I was 35.
I was the secretary at the time in a factory,
the plant manager had a new girlfriend and we were nosey,
, the head of Human Resources and my neighbor across the street and I... walked to his house,
peeped in (couldn't see who it was)
so, since it was near Halloween , we papered his house and trees.
Then we ran....or tried to.
It was fun!!!!

It would depend on the relationship. If it was in good fun and it did not happen on a regular basis - no. I'd have a good laugh and think it was funny.
But if it was at all malicious and if these kinds of jokes were happening too often and getting out of control - I'd pull them aside and let them know enough was enough.

NO I DON'T THINK I WOULD GET ALL BENT OUT OF SHAPE SOME PEOPLE TAKE LONGER TO GROW UP IF YOU KNOW WHO DID IT MAYBE THEY WILL COME OVER AND HELP YOU CLEAN IT UP IF NOT ONE GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER
