what are signs a guy is playing games?....i want to know the most obvious one

I would look at his actions versus his words. Words alone don't mean much to me. I look for congruency between words and actions. They should be the mirror image of each other. Also, he is only a player if he is lying to all the women he sees. Everyone, male or female should be dating, notice I said dating not SEXING, multiple people at the same time until they find the one and it is mutually agreed upon to be exclusive. As long as everyone is on the same page, then it is all good.

if he doesnt really care about your feelings and such, hes a player
if he doesnt give you attention, hes a player
if he doesnt want to spend a lot of time with you, hes a player
