Short answer: Call the vet, ASAP.
Long answer:
A cat should not be bleeding significantly a day after she has had kittens. This generally means that there is still a placenta left in her uterus, or her uterus isn't shrinking properly back to the right size, or there was some sort of injury during birth. All of those things need veterinary attention.
Call your veterinarian, describe the symptoms, and ask if you should bring your cat in. The answer will likely be "yes", but since she has young kittens, the less upheaval there is for her, the better.
If you bring your cat to the vet, you will likely want to bring her kittens too. She can keep the kittens warm; the kittens cannot control their own body temperatures at this age. Or you can ask the vet on whether or not to bring the kittens, and if not, how to keep them warm on your own (a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel should work fine).
You may need to foster the kittens if she is unwell for a while. Ask your vet how to do this.

IF you are allowing your cat to breed you should have taken the responsibility to have a vet check her during her pregnancy, she could have been treated for fleas before she gave birth so that the kittens are not infested.
IF you had done this you could call the vet and tell him the problem and he would advise you what to do about it and if he thinks it is serious enough to bring her in.
Since you apparently didn't take this responsibility then, you need to do what's right for her now.

Sometimes it takes longer for an animal to remove the placenta totally or it may still be attached to the uterus. She may have gotten hurt giving birth. Watch to see if she is still eating and drinking as she may get an infection. I would call your vet also about it if you have a regular one.

there is always some residual bleeding after birth.. it should diminish. If you are feeling uneasy about this...call an emergency vet and ask their opinion.
But it should mellow out after a few days to a week.
