I think you should not call 911 because it is for emergency's and not for something that is lost except for a child. You should find the company that is in charge of the sewer drain and ask them what you can do. Or maybe the city office wound know.

You have a quandary, how can you call 911 if your phone is down the storm drain? Do call 911 and give your full name and address so they can come and arrest you for misusing the emergency number.

This country is in trouble if this is the next generation.

By the way, Sevaga340 it's WASTE not waist. A waist is where your belt goes.

the real question is why will we fall, seeing that issues do not pass till they have some thing to push or pull them. What pulls us, the earth, and each little thing else are magnetic fields that are greater suitable the better an merchandise is and the shorter the gap like a nicely-known magnet. we are pulled to the earth via fact the earth is vast, and the earth is pulled by making use of the sunlight via fact that's lots greater beneficial besides the undeniable fact that it is likewise pulled, yet much less, to the moon too, and each little thing else relative to the gap and length, to orbit around the sunlight.

Go to your phone company in the morning. I hope you have insurance on your phone. If I were the 911 operator that took your call I would reach through the phone and smack you.

people are being prosecuted for fake and unnecessary 911 calls, so i don't think you should do that. call the public works department and see if you can get them to lift the grate
