Has anyone had a wedding or been to one in the Milwaukee area. If so, where was it and how did you like it? I am looking for a hall/ballroom/banquet room/resort in the area for a wedding reception. Thank you for any suggestions!

If you're into modern art, I'd recommend the Milwaukee Art Museum. It's the first Santiago Calatrava-designed building in the United States:

I got married at the Basilica of St. Josaphat in Milwaukee. It is a very beautiful Catholic church on the south side of the city, hear I-94 and the Holt/Howard Ave. exit.

My reception was at Pulaski Inn in Cudahy, WI.

I was just at a reception at the Clarian (sp?) hotel near the airport. That was very nice.

Sorry..can't help much more than that though

the boutonical gardens are great for the ceremony and the pictures and then go to the Pfister for the finest reception

i was at one 15 years aog but can not remember where it was. I live in Neenah Wisconsin.
