In general one hershey kiss will not kill a dog. Milk chocolate does not have large amounts of theobromine which is what makes chocolate toxic to dogs. Dark chocolate however has large amounts and in small doses can be highly toxic to small dogs. If you read the article below it tells you all about it.
In othe words I wouldn't worry about one hershey's kiss unless it's dark chocolate and you have a tiny dog.

I had to do some serious checking on the chocolate issue, cause my kids like to feed my dog....anything it will eat.
Dogs will only get sick (seriously or deathly) if they eat the equivelent of 10 chocolate bars. Hershey size bars. One hershey's kiss will be fine. Just don't let it eat the whole bag. The only concerns it mentions with any amounts in between is that it will cause loose stools and uncontrollable bowels. HAVE FUN ;-)!!

Depending upon the size of the dog. If its a small one, it could get nauseus, but I rather doubt if one would make him sick. Just be careful in the future about giving a dog any form of chocolate.

no, the reason everyone says not to feed the dog chocolate is because it is bad for them. It is bad for them over a long period of time. It does damage to the liver. One piece and only this one piece will not hurt it. It is the longterm effect of constantly feeding the dog chocolate that causes the harm. So try your best to keep chocolate away from your dog.

It depends on the size and weight of your dog. I called the Poison Control Center when my dog ate chocholate and they were very helpful. Or call your vet and ask them. If your dog is as large as my dog (25 lbs) and she only ate one kiss I think she will be fine. My dog ate more than that and she was perfectly ok.

It can. It depends on the breed. Small dogs more so than the large. However, chocolate is like poison to any dog and they shouldn't have it no matter what their size.

No, if it's a big dog. Smaller dogs could get poisoned. My black lab/springer spaniel got into a bag once and ate half of it and he upchucked a little, but he was ok.

depends on the size weight of the dog old rule thou never ever fed a dog or cat choclate its pision too there systemss bad move they just cant handle itt!!

no. one Hershey kiss is not enough to hurt them.
but watch out they love the taste of choc late, and they will want more real bad.
