squats
dips with your chair or desk
grab something with a little weight to it and you can do:
shoulder press
bicep curls
tricep ext
down ups where you have something on the ground...squat down to pick it up and then push it over your head...repeat (make sure you lift with your back :)
also you could buy a very inexpensive colored rubber band, sold at almost any store that has anything (walmart, target, sporting goods, etc.) and you can do all kinds of things with it.

If you can not walk at lunch then I think you have a dilemma. Really you can not exercise when you are supposed to be working.
I have 4 kids and they like to do my exercise tapes with me. It teaches them about fitness and they get to spend time with me. My sister also does that. Sometimes her 2 year old just sits on the couch and watches, but other times he tries to do the moves too.

You could try this one exercise that I do when I'm sitting down. What you do is you sit up nice and straight and you pulse your legs up and down, and I sometimes like to hold onto the back of the the chair with my hands, I think that works your lower stomach muscles and your legs.

well, get a pair of dumbells and do some weight lifting exercises such as curls and presses during a break and maybe some crunches for stomach and lungs for butt and thighs.

Get 5lb leg weights. They go on you ankles & just by doing leg lifts, you're working out your legs & your stomach. I should follow my own advice, lol! Good Luck;)
