I have been working out and am very satisfied with the results except my tummy is really stubborn. Any exercises you can suggest?

V-crunches, Roman chair, Sit ups reclining over a ball, Sit ups tossing a medicine ball to a partner.

And any lifts that you do require core stabilization... which is code for tight abs working during the lift.

I have been using an exercise ball (one of the big ones) and doing sit ups with my feet planted on the floor, knees bent and my rear end near the top of the ball, just doing a regular sit up. It is definitely a work out!

There are a lot of great exercises for your stomach, but only way they can be really effective if you do them daily. Sits up and crunches are pretty much the most effective route to go.

Well you could do sit-ups. Or lift your feet up about 2 in. off the ground and hold it for at least 10 sec. P.S. Once a day

do a modified crunch:

get into a crunch pose and crunch then twist to the side down then repeat for opposite side. do 15 reps morning noon and night but NOT ALL AT ONCE!

DO YOU USE A TREADMILL? IF SO, HOLD YOURSELF UP WITH THE SIDERAILS, SUSPENDING YOUR BODY, AND BEND YOUR KNEES WHILE YOU SUSPEND YOUR BODY, AND LIFT THEM UP USING YOUR ABS AND TRICPES. DO'T LEAN FORWARD, LEAN BACKWARD. USE YOUR TRICEPS TO STEADY YOURSELF. YOU CAN DO YOUR OBLIQUES, TOO, BY LIFTING A BENDED KNEE UP AND OVER TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE. DO 3 SETS OF 10 TO START, AND GRADUALLY INCRASE. YOU CAN WORK YOUR WAY UP TO STRAIGHTENING YOUR LEGS. DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE!
OR, WHILE YOU WATCH TV, SIT AT THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT, LEAN BACK ON YOUR ELBOWS, BACK STRAIGHT, AND LIFE YOUR LEGS (BENT TO START OUT, GRADUALLY WORK UP TO STRAIGHT LEG LIFTS). YOU CAN DO THE SAME ON THE FLOOR.
YOU WILL FEEL IT
DO THESE AND YOU WILL FEEL IT, AND HAVE NO BACK OR NECK STRAIN, AND YOUR TAILBONE WON'T HURT LIKE IT DOES WHEN YOU DO SITUPS.

situps are very effective if done right. sex helps too also if done right.
