Love is the Law, Love under Will.

At least according to those who follow the same philosophy as Crowley.

It means to discover your Will, to uncover your true Higher Purpose and strive to fulfill it and live your life according to what your Will has laid out for you. That's what the "Do what thou Wilt (Will)" part means. The "Be the whole of the Law" means to strive to follow the morals, the sense of right and wrong your higher Will has laid out for you, to strive to follow your Will while maintaining a strict form of self-discipline and following your own moral code. The Will, being an extension of the Divine Source, wouldn't steer you wrong that way so it's important to pay attention to it.

Bide the wiccan law ye must,
In perfect love, in perfect trust,
Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfil,
And ye harm none, do as ye will.
And ever mind the Rule of Three:
What ye put out, comes back to thee.
Follow this with mind and heart,
And merry ye meet, and merry ye part.

Blessed Be...

It's an obscure phrase coined by Aleister Crowley 100 years after a fictitious story later made into a movie.

On your next question, try and be more vague.

Yes, the ten commandments is the law of God let me tell you all of ten of them.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

1. You shall have no other gods before me

2. You shall not make yourself a graven image

3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain

4. Remember to keep sabbath day holy

5. Honor your father and your mother

6. You shall not murder

7. You shall not commit adultery

8. You shall not steal

9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor

10. You shall not covet

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Thou shalt not have no other gods before me

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain

Remember, to keep sabbath day holy

Honour thy father and thy mother

Thou shalt not kill

Thou shalt not commit adultery

Thou shalt not steal

Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors goods

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Remember, to keep all of God's commandments and don't break any of them. For if you do, it is like the devil is shooting black poisonous darts at you. So please, keep God's commandments. If you break his commandments, he will have to judge you on the day of judgment, you holding guiltness. God will speak to you through his laws and if you hath already broken them, then he will have to condemn you. KEEP ALL OF GOD'S COMMANDMENTS AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO GO INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE. "God is waiting for you. Have a question to this, email me."
