I will do that if you will define to me or state your definition of the words "nothing" and "something" clearly in a manner that I can understand and that we can agree upon. Let us start out with an agreement and a guideline as to what actually is ask or sough out.
My friend some see something as nothing while another see a nothing to one as a something to him. To avoid this position we must first agree to defined positions.
Thus I will wait for your reply and defined position and then I will answer your question if I can. If I can not I will be the first to tell you that I can not answer it OK.
Now do have a great day, smile, and email me at cjkeysjr@yahoo.com.ph with the definitions OK. I just know you are very seriously seeking this answer or you would not have ask the question and spent the points. Your profile shows me you are a very serious person.
Now a day later and your emails, my answer is there is no such thing as a nothing thus nothing can be named that is not something. To be nothing the named entity must not have an effect, influence, potential, and/or bring about an act or reaction in any way shape or form. Just the concept that there may be a nothing can cause an idea to grow into a thought thus even the concept itself is something.
Nothing is a meaningless word in the English language designed to cause confusion, debate, etc and to distract humankind from the real truth. It is declared by humankind to be a noun, pronoun, adjective and can be formed into an adverb. Wow so many uses to express something the can not even exist by all logical reason.
It is said to ba a name or in place of a name and yet is declaring itself to be not. A name is assigned to describe or identify something that is and not something that is not.
Is it possible that all humankind is really crazy or are we just confused? Lol Lol Maybe that question should be posted.
You have a great day, do smile, and know you do not have to accept my view. Its the view of a crazy or confused "NO" ok.

So if it's truly nothing, how can someone name it? It doesn't exist, it's nothing. If it were nameable then it would exist, even as a thought therefore it would cease it's nothingness. It's impossible to name something that never was, never will be, never can be.
The closest thing you can do is name something as an opposite to another, such as evil. Evil never was good, never will be good, never can be good. It never had, has or will have any ability to be anything other than what it is.

Search the universe and you will never go to a place where nothing exists, so to speak, because it is nothing, it can not be described. Any point in the universe is the center!

No thing is nothing as in order to be a thing you have to be something so you cannot be nothing. But something can be nothing if that something is nothing to you.
Confused? Yeah, me too.

Nothing is always nothing and never something, unless you are using nothing as an object, then maybe its something.

God is 'nothing', meaning the nature of god is such that it is 'no thing' and beyond form, energy, concepts, imagination, etc. Of course, god is beyond this silly description in here, too :)
