I have really skinny forearms and i just want to get them to be a normal size.Is wrist curls the only way?

any bicep exercies will work on your forearms as well

but if you just want to work on your forearms, try the following:
reverse curl (ver good for your forearm)
reverse preacher curl
wrist curl
wrist roller (free weight attach to bar by a rope - this is a really good one too)

try switching to your other hand every other time. they should even out some.
