by knowing that not everybody is the same, and not everyone will try to hurt you. You have to forget the past and move on, or you will be alone and miserable and then the person that hurt you in the past will still be hurting you, and you should not let them do that, show them that you can live with out them even better.

Trust is a hard thing to earn,it takes time to gain trust back..It will come back not everyone will break that trust..The best thing is to try to trust again , it's all a part of life we all have to endure as painful as it is . but trust me when I say you will trust again and it will also make you a better and stronger person because you see how it hurts so you will not likely break that trust with someone...Time heals all wounds ...

You do this very slowly - one step at a time. Don't try to trust everyone at once. Start with a close friend and explain to them how important it is that they always tell you the truth. If that works out then try another friend. I tell every person that I become involved with that I will trust them to be honest and tell the truth until they hurt me. At that point I am done with them.

It's tough... trust me, I know from experience, but once the pain healths, a person learns to trust again. I didn't trust guys for a good 6 months, and then I found an amazing guy who loves me for me... and he makes me soo very happy... Keep your chin up!

It takes a long time. Keep your wall up. If the person is meant to be with you they will wait for you to comfortable and confident with your relationship. Give it time and don't let your wall down until YOU are ready, not the other person!!!!

your trust is borken with one person and then u become suspicious of other ppl?
if that is your question, don't worry too much. people are different. juz learn it as a lesson .. different people have different trustworthy levels.
