Why is it that when anyone asks a question about something a little taboo (for example homosexuality or masturbation) someone always says something to the effect of 'believe in jesus as your savior' or something like that? And don't say to me as an answer that 'I haven't accepted jesus Christ as my lord and savior', because I don't give a ****. Tell me please, why believing in Jesus is more important than anything else? Why do crazy religious Christians believe that good people who don't believe in Jesus are going to hell, and bad people who do are going to heaven? If that is your 'lord and savior', he's a ******* dumbass. I apologize if i offend anybody, because I am not lashing out at religion, I am lashing out at crazy orthodox religious crusaders who make illogical claims that nobody wants to hear. Be Christian, I don't care, but don't thrust your religion onto other people unless they ask for it.

The obvious answer is that Jesus is the answer for everything. Obvious to us Christians, at least.
Believing in Jesus is more important than anything else because we believe that without belief in Jesus a person will go to hell. That is the most important thing in life, because everyone is going to spend eternity somewhere. We Christians believe that without Christ that somewhere is hell.
We believe that 'good' people without Christ go to hell because that is what the Bible says. There is really no other reason. That is our belief and our faith.
We try to get others to accept what we believe as true because we care what happens to them. I do not like the thought of a single person experiencing what I believe hell is like. My compassion for other people demands that I tell them what I believe to be true for their own good. If I waited for everyone to come to me asking for this truth, I would be very bored. Very few, if any, would come. And, I am told by the Bible to go out and teach, not wait around for someone to come to me.
So, because of compassion and obedience I go out, figuratively speaking because right now I'm at home, and teach to the best of my abilities. It offends some, angers some, makes some laugh, but I'm ok with that. I have done my part, my conscience is clear, and I sleep well at night.

That's not a person.
That's a parrot that was taught to use a computer.
Do you really expect that everyone who is taught to say something or to write something is qualified for intelligence?
There are so many beings out there, even those with Doctorates that are as dumb as they come.
When prophets say people are deaf, dumb and blind, do you think they are talking simply about ears, mouths and eyes.
Get serious man! Learn to reognise the dumb ones when they speak or write or hide or stay silent.

I am Christian, and I think that is highly annoying. Saying "jesus is the answer" really turns people off and makes people get the idea that Christians have no real substance to their teachings and are brainwashed into not thinking. But that is not true. Such people should explain themselves thoroughly if they want to be persuasive. Just saying "love Jesus" is neither convincing nor relevant, and it makes it look like Christians have a lack of understanding when it comes to modern issues.

Jesus has saved my sould from eternal punishment in hell. but for you that can only be determined by your own actions. not mine or anybody elses. and we are not to judge each other only warn and teach and encourage. i encourage you to stay open minded but keep that skeptisism you've got also it will help you to distigush between truth and error. to those who are pushy and ignorant towards you they should examine theirselves first and if they are sinless then they may judge you. thus they cannot as we all have sinned. all i know is what i've read and learned and heard. Jesus died for the world according to the bible. and i do believe in the bible as Gods message to us. a road map to heaven. so therefore i must follow Jesus and his teachings and those who follow him i will listen to for spiritual guidence but in the end its up to myself to choose the right or wrong ways. noone else can send me to heaven or hell. so i feel you have the same choice. and i know you may not care about what i have to say or believe what i believe, and thats ok. we are all different and i'm not intending to force anything on you. just keep your head up and ignore those who are pushy and ignorant about what they speak of. good luck.

He is the answer. And believing in Jesus is more important than anything because He will be deciding where you will be spending eternity.

Well since you asked...
Did you know according to the Bible all men are born in sin?
Would you like to pay for your own sins? or would you rather Jesus ?
Its that simple pal.
