How to start the process of adopting a child for Canadians who are living and working in the states?

Contact a local adoption agency or a lawyer specializing in adoption. They can tell you if there are any problems with the fact that you're citizens of another country. We went through Bethany Christian Services (bethany.org).

how are you living in the states if your Canadian? nothing against Canada. i'm presuming your stat is legal. just contact the srs office or child services. they should be able to help.
