Try these..........

Fresh urine can often be cleaned up with the first two steps below, but you'll sometimes need the third:

Blot: Use an old, thick, bath towel and blot up as much liquid as you can with it. Continue with paper towels until no moisture is seen.
Dilute and Blot Again: Heavily spray the area with clear water or a mild solution of white vinegar and water, then blot again, as above.
Neutralize: If the odor still exists after the carpet is completely dry, it's time to break out the big guns: odor removers, based on chemicals, enzymes or bacteria/enzymes, all designed to neutralize the odor by eating up the bacteria causing it.

For a cloth (absorbable) bean bag: Go to Wal-Mart or http://www.kidsnpetsbrand.com and buy some Kids N Pets. DRENCH the bean bag in it rinse with water.

For a vinyl bag: Use Kids N Pets on the area after cleansing with soap and water.

Some bean bags are dry clean, try it.

Honestly.....once a cat pees somewhere its VERY DIFFICULT to get the smell out to the point that they won't pee on it again. Bean bags are 20.00 @ walmart....buy a new one.
