My suggestion would be to join a football team.

depends on position. but all of them need a healthy diet with lots of carbs. carbs are your main source of energy. thats why some coaches take their teams out to pasta a night before a big game.

"Football shape" is overrated. Have you seen what football coaches look like? Didn't do much for their fat ar$e$
