Both poles are exposed to the sun for a number of months every year, just as both go into darkness for a time during the dead of their respective winters. This has nothing to do with whatever is causing global warming.

Yes, I guess it could. In addition, martians could be building really big mirrors to shoot back more of the suns' rays at the Earth. Or, it could be Bush's fault, we should always blame it on Bush. Or it could be God punishing us for masturbating. Or it could be all the fat Americans lighting their farts. Personally, I think its France's fault.
Sarcasm aside, look at what the second guy wrote. There's no scientific evidence that this is happening. Keep in mind the Earth is already tilted, already exposing the poles to the Sun. For a period of the year each pole gets exposed to the sun 24 hours a day. Additional tilted would only make more of the Earth exposed during those periods. That is, affected the areas outside the poles.

The Earth is titled. This is what causes the seasons. The Earth fluctuates between about 18-26 degrees from the veritcal perpendicular to our orbit plane around the Sun.
However, if you are asking if the Earth is tilting more and more, the answer to that is no. It would take a huge astronomical event to change the Earth's tilt/orbit/motion.
Also, personally I don't believe in "Global Warming" as it is known today. I believe the Earth is a delicate balance, and it goes through natural warm and cold cycles in order to keep that balance. Is the Earth heating up slightly on average?... the statistics say so, so I believe that. But is it mankind's complete and utter fault. I doubt it.

The earth always has tilted. There's no evidence that tilt has increased. That particular tilt exposes the poles during the seasons of a solar year.
Perhaps you are barking up the wrong tree. Perhaps we might want to ask if the current air environment is having a total effect of increasing the solar radience.

it truly is genuine, and no person is arguing against that - basically like no person is arguing against the actuality that climate substitute is organic. If it weren't genuine that climate substitute is organic - there does no longer be a term for an "ice age". What human beings are arguing is that there is an instantaneous correlation between the quantity of carbon interior the air, and the quantity of climate substitute. And genuine now, there is extra carbon interior the ambience than in all probability the different time interior the worlds heritage.

Dude, The Earth is tilted 23.5 degrees from the plane of the ecliptic... that's why we have seasons. It isn't going to tilt more or less unless something sizable hits us hard enough to increase (or decrease) the tilt.

The answer to whether golbal warming or cooling can take place absent man is yes. The tilt and wobble appear to relate. But is the rapidity of the current global warming caused by mans by products?
Yes. As we hurry it along plants and animals inability to adjust to quick global changes leads to falls of civilizations, extinction of species, and what new species will write about us?

No. The astronomers would have noticed if something like that was happening, and in any case, that would only make the northern latitudes warmer in the summer. In the winter it would actually make things colder, and the average temperature over the year would not change.

No. There is no evidence that the earth is tilting more than it always has ... and of course, there is no reason for it to.
