If have lunch and dinner on Saturday and eat close to 4 pounds of food... chinese food - Rice, chicken, brocolli

How long does it take for the food to move out of my body through my digestive system?

I'm asking this question because I want to know about weighing myself. In the last 2 months I've lost 10 pounds, but I weighd myself early today (after eating yesterday - had about 2 pounds of food at about 1 AM) and my scale showed a gain of 2.8 pounds.

It was stupid of me to eat so late - but Ill do better this week. Probably drink lots of water and just meat and vegs.

generally speaking, just under 24 hours...probably 18-24 hrs for average person.
it's variable from person to person, depending on type of food (increase fiber in ur diet...increase ur transit time). also for people who only drink liquids...broths and ensure...they'll pretty much get 100% absorbed by ur body...so not much will make it out into poop.

it depends on how often you take sh*ts. some people sh*t once a week while others do it three times a day.

but if you just want to see how much you really weigh, it's generally good to weigh yourself first thing in the morning, right when you wake up. your body weight changes throughout the day and it does not depend on only food. all the activities you do during the day will also have a factor . so generally, weigh yourself in the morning!!

I think it's 12-24 hours. Hey here's an idea so you can time it because I do the same when I am curious how long it takes. Eat some corn for dinner one night and see how long it takes to come out.

The food passes thru your system in about 24 hours but fat will get stored and it will take you awhile to get rid of those.

you will possibly desire to have been giving toddler 2nd meals considering she grew to become 6 months and by using 8 months you will possibly desire to start giving toddler third meals. I cautioned you're making your individual toddler meals, its organic and fit.
