We get horny because of the hormones, but it doesn't feel good for the guy, because it is kinda grainy-feeling in there at the time. And it's very messy.
Most guys won't do it. Maybe you could avoid her during her period? It's only a few days a month.

Women are more sensitive during that that and it's more enjoyable. If you're uncomfortable with it just tell her, maybe it's something you can both come to an understanding on. But considering you say "ONE of my loverS" I'm assuming you can just go do someone else for that one week of the month.

It happens to be a time when hormones are running their highest for a woman. She just has a craving at that time. Try doing it in the shower and keep your eyes off that area...all will be fine.
