Wow. Kudos to you for being such a great sister. Thats so sweet that you want to help your sister out. The only advice I can give that would help her and benefit you as well would be to work out with her. On a slow sunday morning, go for a jog with her. Walk with her. I've been the fat kid in the family with two skinny, beautiful sisters and its tough. Even when you dont' think you're being compared to them, you are. Makeovers, shopping, compliments are all nice. But speaking from personal experience the only thing that got me to feel better about myself was when a good friend told me that we'd do the weight loss thing together. She was already skinny but she wanted to put on some muscle so we hit the gym, the track, the neighborhood. We took turns having our little down days and lifted each other up again, encouraged each other to sprint the rest of the mile run. Your sister needs you to be there for her. Dont' depress her by adding more makeup to her face and making her try on clothes that are bigger than yours. Take her to a gym. Just working out and knowing that I was doing something to benefit myself changed my attitude drastically. Good luck!

Take her out for the day, shopping and make the whole day about her. Have her try on some cloths maybe buy her a thing or two. Give her a small make over but not to much because if she is already beautiful you don't want to take that away :)

True joy and fulfillment can only come from God. Your sister could have all the perks of this world; beauty, splendor, and guys falling all over her, but unless she knows in her heart how much the one who created her loves her and has a purpose for her, she is always going to feel in doubt of herself and her own abilities. Show her how much God loves her no matter her physical condition, and how He has awesome plans for her and plans to do awesome things in her life. When her faith is in God and not in herself, she will have the confidence and joy she should have.
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. "
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Phillipians 4:13
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Your sister needs to find something she is good at that isn't associated with you. She needs to shine in her own way and not feel like she is in your shadow. I would recommend a sport

talk to her... tell her that even if you are twins you are 2 different pipol who are both great...it doesnt matter how and what other people thinks of both u but the importatnt thing is that she is special in her own way...there are things that she can do that you can't do...:)
it doesnt matter who's prettier or who's bettr w/ whom...the important thing is that you should stand and support each other no matter wat other people thinks:)
