How can I easily get abs with a workout only once daily. I want extreme abs though!!!

theres no easy way....if you want extreme results, your workout has to be extreme

abs do not come easy as they require a lot of carefully thoughtout workouts such as cruches, obligue crunches; bicycles; i-symetrics, stabbility ball excerises ...etc
if your willing to put in the time you have to first start out by doing cardio excersices such as running, jump ropping, swimming ..etc
then you have to lower your carbohydrate intake to burn fat off your waist
3rd you have to create a steady workout routine aleast 3-4 times a week with an "ab workout" before and after every workout session
if your an average person not overweight you should see results within 2 months

abs without workout only in ur wildest dreams. to get great abs u must work out like religiously and contain a good diet and nutrition and play sports. depends on how long u work out once daily and what kind of workouts u do do.

Sit ups, crunches, even sitting in a chair you can tighten your abs.

What you put in is what you have to work with. Lots of water, low sugar, and eat in moderation, several small meals a day, less towards the end of the day.

Muscles remember, once you have worked an area to get the area back is easier than you think.

Most of all you just have to do it, find somethng that can get you mving.

Try swimming 2 hours a day 6 days a week for a few years. That gets you in pretty extreme shape. (Did it, had it.)

Nothing that is "extreme" happens right away. It takes work.

HAHA....that's funny.

First thing you have to do is get rid of the layer of fat that covers everyone's internal organs. And that takes alot of work. Cardio and weights.

Working out once per day for 5 hours....hmmm maybe.

No easy way, it takes bodyfat being below 10%. This being said you need aerobic exercise not just crunches to maximize any effort. 30minutes three times a week.

When you find out... please let me know! I'm still waiting for that pill that will make me do sit-ups uncontrollably and without any effort on my part. One of these days... =)
