Sure, just take it easy. If your body is used to doing these things all the time go on as if you aren't bleeding, but hold back just alittle.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to do cardio exercise during your period. It will most likely help eleviate any pain from cramps and will make you feel better.

actually the more you move around during your period the less your cramps will hurt, I suggest taking a midol then go run for a while or do some situps, it always works for me and I feel lots better for the week

Yes; but you might want to wear a tampon. Exercising even makes menstrual cramps lessen sometimes.

It's safe to do anything during your period. Except for swimming in shark infested waters or playing around uncaged lions.

Yes it is safe, just not as comfortable due to bloating, migraines, and whatnot. Actually I have heard that exercise is good for bloat and cramps.

Yes I read a article that said it actually helps with cramps the more your body adjusts to it. Also its supposed to make it pass quicker.

yeah i read somewhere that running can actually help cramps i've worked out with my period before and its not exactly fun but it doesnt hurt you
