Well..technically you are step siblings and you can do whatever you want. Its not your fault or her fault that your parents fell in love and got married. If you really want her and she really wants you then I see not real problem in it. Don't get caught and use a condom...

No, if your guys parents are legally married, that would not be legal to do. It would also be something you will regret. Now, you have to think of her as a sister!! It may suck a little, but there are PLENTY other hot girls out there probably waiting for you because i guess YOU are soo hot. Love her like a sister, not a gf. Trust me!!!

you need help. blood or not, it will cause drama in the household, and do you plan on marrying this woman? then constant jealousy will set. tell your parents what you are thinking, they can get you into some counseling.
