how can you teach a parakeet to kiss you?

omg, i taught my parakeets to do that, you have to make a kissing noise and go up to it's beak, and ths might sound gross, but give him a kiss, and every time you make that noise he'll want to copy you and eventually kiss you, because parakeets like to copy things that humans do, like if you talk, the parakeet will start to tweet

Just be careful you don't go too far and start french kissing the poor thing because the saliva in your mouth can be deadly if swallowed, due to the fact that they do not produce saliva and can't digest it... not to mention people carry germs/bacteria.
