It looks good and was always refrigerated. Also, is still in the vacuum sealed packaging.

Since it's still sealed, it's good to eat. Bacon goes bad when the air hits it, over time.

It's probably OK. The date is just a recommendation. If it hasn't been opened and has been refrigerated, it's really OK to cook up and eat.
