I sent this flirty email as a test of whether this girl likes me. I am good friends with her, and it took her a few days to reply. I am going to ask her out if it seems like she does like me.

In the email, she said that she was sorry for taking so long answering the email. She said she has been busy the last few days. It was great hearing from me. My starting a Bible study is 'admirable' she told me for the one-thousandth time. I mentioned my desire to take a cooking class in my last email, and she said that was 'so awesome' because that's something she plans on doing next year. She mentioned how she would keep me updated on scheduling since since we will be ballroom dancing partners. Does she seem to like me?

I have also had plenty of hints before this that have shown that she may like me. These are not my only reasons. This is just a confirmation of that interest...

Yeah, I'm sorry to say that nothing she said jumps out at me either. Girls are usually pretty obvious. But here she just sounds polite and friendly.

Well, it sounds like she definitely likes you friend-wise, but it's kind of hard to say if she's interested in you romantically based on her response to your e-mail. But if it's meant to happen, it will. Best of luck!

I think she likes you and is trying to mirror your interests. Go for it.

I don't really think so, it kinda seems like she only wants to be your friend.

Please mention the other hints you've gotten from her because honestly, I don't see anything that suggests that she likes you more than a friend.
Sorry =(
