Don't know if they're your cup of tea, but The Monkees actually cover this subject quite well in their songs "She" and "Mary, Mary." The Dickies do a punked-up cover of "She."

A song in this category is a very old song entitled: "Mary Lou" that came out around the late 1950's. "Hit the Road, Jack" by Ray Charles was also about a woman who wanted a man out of her life completely. "Ticket to Ride" by the Beatles was about a man whose girlfriend was leaving him. There are many others I cannot recall titles of at this time.
