It happens! Just act casual and hope they don't bring it up. Or if you need to talk about then...Bring it up in a funny way so you can laugh it off. If it was a parent they probably aren't too shocked.
My daughter once walked in on my husband and I having sex when she was about 17 years old. Her father and I were totally nude, (not under the covers, but out in plain sight) and being VERY kinky. All I could hear was something like "Oh GOD, oh gross..." as she was shutting the door. (We thought she was out with friends, she must have come home after we got started!) I was afraid she was scared for life. We had to eventually talk about it so we could laugh it off.

That sucks...If it makes you feel better, when he was younger my brother told me once our mom caught him masterbating. Then the next year he was caught receiving a ******** from his girlfriend. So your not alone!

well you have to leave your room so walk out as if nothing happened.... i mean people do do it...lol so i dont know what the big deal is... act like nothing happened... i know easier said than done...just go out say you are going to go do whatever and when you are done they will have calmed down as much as you have trust me ....
