Well in the case of some people in Japan there are those still left over from that bomb the US droped on them and their families who wont let the US live it down. Though Japan was training it's people to fear the US and did attack first....
As for the rest of the word it's a mixed bag.

Actually North America is a continent, and so is South America...
I was in New Zealand, Australia and Tai pei and they seemed to like Americans just fine. The president on the other hand they don't seem to like unless it's Clinton (well so I've seen)..

Are you kidding? the world loves us so much they want to come to America in droves. We can tell them, you have to work S*** jobs, and we really don't like you and it's like "OK, I'll take it." Quit fooling yourself. Who does the world come to for help AMERICA, who sqashed Germany's evil when France quit after a week of fighting? AMERICA! Who invents all of the cool stuff that everyone can't wait to get hands on? AMERICA. Where have you been, bubba? In a cave?

Do not even go there. It is not a nationality that is not liked. Its the attitudes, how we as a person behave,how we obey the laws, etc. etc. The day we all understand this will be the day we will all get along.

Not everybody hates USA citizens. For example, the mexicans, cubans, haitians etc. love us so much that we can't keep them away from our borders.

Its your government they hate not the people, I'm from Canada and I get along with people all over the globe. The same remarks are said day after day.
