Okay so my school starts at 7:30am, and my bus HAS to pick me up at 7am, I wake up at 5:30am, but sleep around 10pm to 11pm, is that okay? Or should I wake up at 6am? Please answer the question kthnx. [=

If you're in school you require a full 8 hours sleep in order to be at your prime mental level, and still have energy enough for teenage physical growth.

So, I would say sleep in until 6, and go to bed by 10.

It's considered healthy to get atleast 8 hours of sleep each night. If you can wake up without using an alarm clock, that's a good way to measure if you're getting adequate sleep.

well my school also starts at that time.i wake up at 6:00 and i meet my friends to ride bikes at 7:00 and we get there at like 7:15 so i think you are safe to sleep a little more seeing as you lride the bus

you should get more sleep try 8 hours.
