i have no rash or anything.....it started on the top of my butt days ago...but now same sensation is on my thigh on the same side....it feels like sunburn.. but skin is not hot...but there's nothing there....what could this be??....i'm not on anything..no antibiotics..nothing....please help!...

It does sound like an allergic reaction. Try benedryl or topical benedryl and see if that helps. I would see in a doctor though.

Could be sciatic nerve pain, or nerve pain of some type.
Possibly a nerve is compressed, or a small joint is out of place.

It's possible that a rash has not appeared yet, but it could be coming, as sometimes that type of soreness and tingling signal a viral rash.

You definitely should see a doctor about this.

i had that feeling when i use certain soaps could be allergic reaction without hives thats what mine was.

it could be a bunch of things...see your doctor, especially if you've ever had any type of lower-back injury...
