well, my kids have done it I tasted it once and it wasnt too tasty, a little bland. It might be better with some salsa or taco sauce. If i dont have all of the fillings i'll put the tortilla in a pan and melt the cheese between. Serve with some salsa. Or if you have crunchy shells break them up and sprinkle the cheese on top and micro until melted.

no because then it wouldn't be called a taco. it's just a tortilla filled with cheese. the seasoning the meat is what makes it a taco. you can't make taco's without taking seasoning.
