How long do picked vegetables last after opening the jar?

Actually, pickled veggies DO come in jars. for example, pickled mix, which has cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, carrots, etc.
Because of the pickling spices used, once the jar is opened, it should last for several months.

Do you mean pickled? They will last a long time in the refrigerator
