At 15 weeks he is probably around 2.5-3 pounds. Right? Normal. Mine were. At a year they were 18 pounds. Maine Coons will continue to grow up to 3 or 4 years of age.

They will grow at their own rate. Don't expect them to get huge overnight. You got them because you love them not because they will grow quit large.

Yes... my guy looks to be mostly Maine Coon, beautiful shades of gray. He isn't very tall (when standing on all 4 paws), but he is a long boy.
Just keep loving this neat creature who's come into your life.

if he's anything like mine, he grow up to be crazy handsome, and dignified. And when he plays he'll display fantastic acrobatic moves.

Enjoy and best wishes - J

You are expecting a lion at only four months? For heaven's sake you will be amazed at how much he will grow before he reaches a year in age.

I know that breed is large and they may take several years to obtain their maximum size. Didn't the breeder tell you this?

No but I work at a kennel with the SPCA and I have seen quite a few. Awesome cats. Get to be quite a bit larger than normal cats. I love them.
