If this is your first cousin that you are talking about then your child would be your first cousin's second cousin and your first cousin's child would be your second cousin...making your child and your first cousin's child third cousins. This is confusing but I wrote it down by plugging in family member's name so I'm sure that this is accurate. It's still all in the family.

They are third cousins, you are the first cousin to your cousin because your parents are siblings, sharing the same grandparents.
To you cousins child you are a second cousin. And your cousins is a second cousin to your child.
