Hi!
The translation is that you've already read: "I know Spanish since I was born, so... No problem!".

Now, "pedo" means literally fart as you've been already answered, but in this case is used as a synonim to "trouble".
To be honest with you, I've never heard anyone from Spain use "pedo". Mexicans, on the contrary use that expression a lot. Are you sure this friend is really from Spain?!

Goodluck!

Pedo means FART
but in countries like Spain or Mexico they use that word as "being drunk" or "problem"..depends on the context...

but he tried to tell you that there are no problems because he knows spanish since the day he was born

I'm assuming the word pedo came up somewhere in the conversation, what hes saying is: "I've known Spanish since I was born so there is no pedo"; as in that particular word does not exist

Each Spanish speaker country has slang. The definition of "pedo" is fart but he is using the word to mean "I give a s....".
Dear friend the person you are talking to is not very polite and if your friend is a guy talking to you that way he is not respecting you sensitivity... sorry....I am an spanish speaker and I won't let anybody talk to me that way in any language.

I've known spanish since birth so no pro'l'm...

Spaniards are boisterous and curse a lot, like Argentines (where I learned). Pedo isn't a good word in polite company.

"I know Spanish since I was born so there´s no problem"
To use the sentence "no hay pedo" it´s a FRIENDLY way to say" don´t worry" or "not a problem" , but its used only in some countries I know that in honduras and venezuela is used, but in Costa Rica we don´t use it.

Hope it helps!!!
