About a month ago I bumped into an old friend of mine in the gym who was with a friend of hers, and we chatted, caught up, and I met the friend of the girl I knew. I get an e-mail saying the friend was interested in meeting me, as we were both single. I had alot going on with work, etc. and did not get back to her for 2 months, and I was told she might be dating someone now. However, she agreed to meet me, and we went out on 2 dates. The first was an amazing date, one of the best I have been on, and we had a great time. She said some extremely nice things to me, we kissed, and she asked me to call her while I would be out of town that weekend. We went out the next weekend, had a good time, and she asked if I might come visit the next day. When I called she did not answer and then returned my call two days later, to tell me the relationship with the guy she is dating has reached the next level, so it would not be fair to me to take her out anymore. What should I do now, just move on?

If it were me I would let him in my case know that it was not right to lead me on. If he was already in a relationship by the time I got around to asking him out he should have told me and not gone on date #1. So to answer your question I would move on...obviously she isnt the "one".

Doesn't sound like you have much of a choice, move on...but let her know you're definately interested if anything should happen with her and the other guy not working out

There is nothing left but to move on. She has made her decision. Do not accept any phone calls from her, because I guarantee if she has any problems with him she will attempt to go back for her "spare".

MOVE ON! She led you on. She should have been honest enough to say she was dating! That was just wrong. Women are such ummm female dogs. I almost hate admitting i am one.
