Now again my question is how do you file an appeal. What's to do first or how am i gonna do this>? If youre guys are wondering why not consult this with a lawyer..it because it's sunday and i can't wait one more day to get some informations. Hope someone could answer me with the right and accurate answer.

Wake up and smell the coffee. I'm sorry I'm not sympathetic to your cause. The warning signs were there, and you are choosing to ignore them. There were no family violence laws when I was growing up and I have seen my mother choked to unconsciousness. I have see her beaten nearly to death. There were little or no law enforcement actions taken, because it was basically he had a right. Women were once seen as property of the husbands. Now you want to take steps backward. If you want to go back to him then go back don't try and ruin the system for the millions of innocent victims. If you want to be loved to death then , its your business.

Velle, I'm saying this tongue in cheek, THEN I'll give you my advice.
Don't you know, in the US, Judges are NEVER wrong?
God comes down and gives them sooo much wisdoooom..
Now, to the serious part...
Who claimed they were witnesses to this alleged assault? whoever it was, if they falsified the report, is guilty of perjury.. of course, if it was a law dog, you're basically up a creek without a paddle because we know they support each other..
otherwise, file a lawsuit, and sue their butinskis off..
