Maybe she isn't satisfied with her own marriage. She may be trying to capture some of the young love around her by asking these questions. She may be jealous of your youth and future. There are a lot of reasons she could be doing this. Do your best to be polite and ignore the rest.

Just ignore her. She probably wants you. That is why she told you to extend your horizon. Another words to date someone else for once.

Tell her that you don't feel that this is appropriate discussion for the workplace. Tell her that it makes you uncomfortable. She may find that odd, or snobish, but it might get her to back off.

She might be very unhappy in her life. She could be trying to live through you. That doesn't work unless you make your life more exciting for her.

just tell her that unlike her, you respect your boyfriend and youre not interrested in anyone else. and when she starts flirting with other men, maybe if you say so that they can hear say so, how is your husband doing. then maybe they wont want her and she will leave you alone.

She's suggesting you realize the D.I. maybe's not the best guy for you. Is she his friend? Your friend? You're young; experiment, don't get stuck in a rut. Aren't you worth it? I say you are!
