well, I guess laughing is good for the soul! Just try to enjoy the funny little sounds. I do not laugh when hearing Hebrew. I think it's absolutely beautiful. But I guess some of the words might sound funny to some. Heck, a lot of English words are funny. I'm one of those people who find myself laughing in inappropriate situations, and I find it helps if I lightly bite my upper lip, or the inside lower lip - either way seems to work.

If you're learning Hebrew, you have good intentions. So laugh if some words sound funny. Laughter is good!
I speak Hebrew fluently, and you're right, some words are funny. But, nevertheless its a beautiful language!!!

Try repeating Hebrew in Pig-Latin. That way you will be laughing at yourself and not at them or the Hebrew language.

a lot of Hebrew words make me laugh as well.
IE the word Succah or booth in Hebrew is the same word for a "female dog" in Russian.

My personal favorites are the names "Doodoo" and "Doodi" (self-explanatory), and "Osnat" (which sounds like "oh snot").
Some more favorites:
Abraham Lincoln = Avraham Link-o-len
bowling = bowel-ing
Beatles = Beat-less (Yes, I actually heard this more than once!!!)
Anyway, laughing is great for the body. No one is getting hurt, so laugh on!

dark count, because of the fact the effects of dark count are observable and its postulated existence is falsifiable. edit: Dharmah - it truly is no longer what dark count is. i'm no physicist, yet even i'm able to work out your positioned up gets a number of substantial factors incorrect.

Joke them if they can't take a F&^K.
Just don't laugh during tests, that is a bridge too far.
