Tell them no very firmly. Separate them into rooms and close the doors and then ignore them when they come out. Repeat each time and never let one have your attention over the other,they will learn if you are consistent! Best wishes!

You let them be and treat each one equally ...no favorites.
We all have our faves and having three kitties has taught me that no one cat can have all the attention. Cats are very territorial. You do know that one will emerge the Alpha.
One thing I find that helps is to have a group treat session. We do this every so often as we have a very dominant female and find that a couple of well appreciated cat treats shared shows that they are all equal and we are the ones in charge.

buy a cat carrier and let them take turns in the sleeping spots and you will have to divide your attention the best that you can
