The nursing protocol has always been to balance rest with activity in order to conserve energy. Plan your days so that in the morning, you do a few things (you'll know how many you can do), then rest. Do a few more things then rest again. I think you get the idea. As soon as you start to feel tired, rest. That is how much you can do before you need to take a break.

Take a look at the Swank Diet in Dr Whitaker's Guide to Natural Healing. It is often helpful in cases of MS.
Monavie juice has helped some MS patients to feel better, I don't know anyone personally who has tried it for MS, but other distributors have given testimonies of good results.

I take Dextroamphetamine you need a prescription for it.But it helps a lot.I have Multiple Sclerosis too (female) and i had a lot of problems with fatigue. I hope this helps good luck and god bless
