What's your source? I've never seen valid support of the "No stupid questions" postulate. Given your statement though, it's not a stupid question, however pointless it may be.

I didn't know it was possible to question a question from within itself. It's like a mind puzzle. English teachers would probably have a field day trying to graph this sentence.
