honestly, the very best way is the twofold approach that doctors and fitness experts have been advocating for ages: diet and exercise. cut down on the bacon cheeseburgers, eat more alfalfa, stop drinking so much soda; couple that with a healthy regimen of sit-ups (try them with a 5lb weight on your chest), free weights, and running. especially running--it tends to encourage weight loss on every major area of the body, as well as to jump-start the speed at which the digestive system burns off excess nutrients.

to evade ingesting junkfood, or reduce your junkfood intake, you may do a pair issues- >have a reward gadget for junk food. like 15 leaping jacks for small bag of chips >seem on the food education. saturated fat is in diverse junk meals, and that's horribly gross and feels like mayonaisse. imagine eatng that. yea. >imagine ahead. do you opt for a bag of lays or a bikini body? >bite sugar free gum rather. it will scale down your cravings and burn some more effective energy! desire I helped slightly! i have not had chips for virtually a year, mushy drinks for a pair months, and chococlate I extremely have in some circumstances, yet i evade it. i don't comprehend how non secular you're, yet, if you're, promise God to resign a particular junk food for per week. Thats a promise you shouldnt spoil. And Lent is the following so why not supply up some risky ingesting conduct? sturdy luck!!!!!

the best way to get a flat stomach is to do all of the above PLUS running. you can do all the sit-ups you want but you have to get your heart rate up to burn calories and fat. also eliminating unhealthy foods and drinks such as soda will help too.

Crunches! Lots and lots of crunches...I have a little puch and I'm too lazy to do them, but try it out consistently and see if it works! There's also Taebo, and if you're lazy like me, get lipo or a tummy tuck! That's what I plan to do! LOL...Just make sure you go to a licensed dr at a real hospital in the United States! (SMILE)
