There are a couple ways to apply it.If your hair is dry or curly then after you wash it apply about a dime size through out your hair omitting the roots.If you put it on your roots it makes it lay down,it s very hard to get fullness.

If it is a liquid, put 2 drops or so on your fingers, rub together with other fingers. Lightly run fingers over your hair. Don't start around the face, that area can look oily. Just keep rubbing on your hair till all is gone from your fingers.
